Remembering Turtle the Cat
Although she'd been clearly not feeling well for a while, I wasn't expecting to have to put our cat, Turtle, to sleep yesterday. There's not much I feel I can say about the situation here, other than to remember the few times I've featured her here on the blog, and to share this bit that I submitted to ICanHasCheezburger.com some time ago. Very sorry to hear of your loss. I've been on both sides of this situation as a veterinarian and a pet owner and I know it's always a difficult decision particularly so when it is unexpected.
